Vsphere can't log in to ESXi 5.1

Hello,

I have 02 VMware ESXi 5.1 servers and I have a windows server 2008 R2 server running the VCenter server and the Vsphere client.

I can't login to Vsphere client as I did before - I used to login to "localhost" using the window credentials and access both VMware ESX 5.1 hosts. This started happening after I restarted the vcenter server. Also I can't log in to one of the ESXi 5.1 servers with Vsphere Client If I use the ESXi 5.1 Ip address, instead of the local host. But I can log in to the other ESXi 5.1server normally if I type in the server IP address in the Vsphere client.

The only changes I did were:

1) Created a new Domain Controller virtual machine at this ESXi 5.1 server - Windows Server 2012 domain controller - the 2 previous Domain Controllers were Windows Server 2008 R2 - the VCenter server is part of the domain, but is a physical machine, not a virtual one.

2) Configured the Vmotion in both ESXi 5.1 servers. I followed an article to enable vmotion so to as to try to migrate one VM from one host to the other host. That did not work. Then I shut down all VMs and moved then to the other host sucessfully. I turned on some VMs and some remained turned off. I disabled something there at the network level (removed a flag) in order to try make the vmotion work, but did not.

After I restarted the vcenter server the Vsphere client could not connect to the localhost and to 1 of the 2 ESXi servers anymore. I noticed the VMware virtualcenter server service was stopped and would not start, even after restarting the VCenter SSO service. The Virtualcenter web service also would not start. The error I get when I try to log in to that ESX 5.1 host is:

"The VSphere client could not connec to "192.168.1.40". You do not have permission to login to the server: 192.168.1.40."

Also, I noticed that when I log in directly to one of the ESXi  5.1servers I see that all VMs I had  moved to the other host via Vcenter ares still there...odly. And there were turned off - I was able to turn them on and access them normally. This is strange as I saw the migration moving them all to the other host, they disappeared from the host and appeared in the other normally.

I followed many articles and tried to do many things - none have worked so far. I don't understand why one server allows me to log in while the other don't. Also, I did not create any users since the beginning.

I need to be able to connect to the other ESX 5.1 server and turn on some VMs that are there. Any ideas?

Thanks,

WBO.
