RHEL VM migration from Intel to AMD

Hi everyone

I deployed an OVF template of RHEL6.2_x86_64 on ESXi5.1(with AMD processor) from VMware workstation 9 (with Intel i7 processor). I originaly installed that guest OS on vmware workstation9 (with Intel i7 processor) with another VM (RHEL6.2_x86_64 guest OS) running on top of it (nested virtualization), so both were running fine. but when i started running on ESXi5.1 the Host VM was running fine but the Nested VM shows me below error.

so what should i do can anyone suggest me anything?
