VMWare Horizon on Android issue

I have just purchased Horizon for my Android device (Samsung SGH-T889 Galaxy Note 2 on T-Mobile running Android 4.1.2), and I am unable to connect to my Zimbra account. I do not know what type of license we have, but we run Zimbra 7.1.3_GA_3346 (build 20110929235917) in a web browser, and Zimbra Desktop 7.2.2 GA (build 11951). I believe this is an exchange server based on the other email clients that I have successfully installed and used (default android, Touchdown, and one other I think). Could the license type affect my ability to use Horizon? What else could I look at? Thank you in advance
