In Infra8 when you viewed “Requests Outstanding”, or did a “Request Search”, there was an icon called “Apply Template” - this button enabled you to apply a different workflow template to the selected request:
We can no longer see this in VSM; has it been removed?
We found this useful to apply a different template if a request was initially raised using the wrong one. If it’s been removed, is there a different suggested approach to handling a request that’s been created using the wrong template?
(we can see "Convert to Template" still, this is not what we are talking about here.)
