ESXI 5.1 Network and USB Problems/Feedback

I've been using VMware ESXI 4.5 at my job and decide to try out 5.1 at my home. I was using VMware Workstation 8 before but I've moved to a much larger system.

System Config:

Supermicro X9DR3-F

Intel Xeon E5-2650

64GB of RAM

and HP NC360T Dual NIC Card

Storage

FreeNAS 8.3.0 via iSCSI

First major problem I ran in to is I can't team two NIC in charge of VMKernal without loosing the iSCSI connection.

Second problem that I've found that if I try to setup USB DirectPath I/O with 2nd onboard USB Controller and it never shows up after the reboot.

Feedback

For some very odd reason I can't mount two sepreate iSCSI connection from different FreeNAS arrays. Also in my finding VMware doesn't support the Intel Raid controller on the X9DR3-F board or even support LACP.
