Hi,everyone!
I'm running VMW 9.0.1 on a ThinkPad x230i (i3 3110M CPU), running Windows 7 64bit, trying to reboot Ubuntu12.10 physical disk after install
Power on VM, I see the BIOS screen, and then immediately get the "virtual CPU has entered shutdown state" error.

2013-05-16T11:12:47.732+08:00| vcpu-0| I120+ A fault has occurred causing a virtual CPU to enter the shutdown state. If this fault had occurred outside of a virtual machine, it would have caused the physical machine to restart. The shutdown state can be reached by incorrectly configuring the virtual machine, a bug in the guest operating system, or a problem in VMware Workstation.
I've been searching the VMWare site as well as doing Google searches, but, haven't been able to find much on this error.
can anyone offer me a clue?
Thanks!
