Hello,
I have an VM image that when converted with VMWare vCenter Converter Standalone v5.0.0.0 to a server location, everything runs fine intially but upon the first reboot the VM in ESXi v4 the BSOD is received.
STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A9928, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)
Something to do with the VM SCSI drivers. Installing newer VMWare Tools or Manually updating the drivers doesn't fix the issue.
The initial VM Image is a Workstation 6.5-7.x virtual Machine.
Windows 7 Enterprise
1 CPU - 2 Cores
4 GB RAM
The server is the same setup but with 8 GB of RAM.
I've attached the original image file and server vmx files.
Any ideas as to what the issue is is appreciated. Let me know if you require any additional details.
Thanks.
