Adding a netwrk to vDC not there

Hello community,

I have what I hope will not be considered a too dumb question . I have build an instance a vcloud director in my home lab as I am currently doing some training .

As you will on the screenshot attached here the "add a network to an organisation" link is not present in the same home page of my vCD .

I should have 8 possibility on this screen and adding a network to an organisation should be part of those options but I dont see it .....

Any particular reason for this ?
