VCenter Can't start after My Host restart

Dear:

I Use  Esxi5.1

I instal vsa Manager OK and run.

BUT, I  shutdown 2 Host  ,retart the host that contain Vcenter.

But the VMware VirualCenter Server can start（in service ,it set as delay start）..

I had try use stop IIS , or restart vCenter Sign on Server ,

final;y restart VMware VirualCenter Serve manually.

BUT ,I did't work. and how some message like

VMware VirtualCenter Server service with service-specific error system can not find the file specified........

Message in win log as 7024  from server control manger

and with a monent ,VMware vSphere Profile-Driven Storage Service Sutdonwn by itself...

so ,How to do  it?

q2. should I set getway in vsa installing?

    the getway is necessary？
