Log Browser authentication failure

Hello,

I have a strange problem with Log Browser authentication "Unauthorized access error". I performed all steps as described in KB 2037927 (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2037927) with no luck. I also walked through Derek's steps in this post (http://communities.vmware.com/thread/420246?start=0&tstart=0) and nothing. The same error is showing on the screen.

This screen is showing that after importing the proper (CA signed) certificate chain to the STS there are two different chains. The first one is self-signed chain (root-ca.jks in SSOServer/security) installed by SSO setup process and the second one is CA-signed chain (server-identity.jks in SSOServer/security) installed by vCenter Certificate Automation Tool.

My thought is that Log Browser is using the first chain some how and not able to look for the next one. So my question is how can I completely remove the first chain, so the Log Browser could found proper certificates?

Thanks, Vladimir
