vCloud Director - PowerCLI Cloud Module - Deploy vApp from Template

I would like to know if there is a native function in the new Cloud module to deploy a vApp from a public catalog template inside an Org and set the following parameters

vAppName

Virtual Machine Name

Hostname

Network

Manual IP Address

To achieve this through the GUI you basically select the template from the public catalog inside an ORG and select "Add to My Cloud".
