Execute "vmware -l" on multiple hosts at once

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, but I looked for the right forum and I thought this was the closest to right that I could find.  Recently I was asked to find the system version of esxi that we are running on our 50 hosts.  I needed to find out if we are at "ESXi 5 U2".  I tried some powercli scripts to loop through the hosts and grab the information but powercli would only return the build number listed in vcenter at the top of the window.  That number changes with each update.

I was able to log into a host and execute "vmware -l"  which gave me exactly what I needed.  My question is can this be automated using powercli somehow to loop through the hosts and get the info for each host?

Thanks for any help you can provide!
