vCenter 5.1 and Single Sign-on migration

Hi Guys,

I have the follow infrastructure:
Server_1:
vCenter Server 5.1
vCenter Single Sign-on
vCenter Inventory Service
SQL Server Express 2008
vCenter Database(VIM_VCDB)

Server_2:
SQL Express 2008
vCenter Single Sign-on Database (RSA)

And two projects to change the infrastructure above:
Project_1:
Migrate vCenter Database (Server_1) to a new SQL Server Standard Edtion (Server_SQL)
Install/Migrate vCenter + SSO + Inventory Services (Server_1) to a new server (Server_vCenter)

Project_2:
Migrate vCenter Single Sign-on Database to a new SQL Server (Server_SQL)

And finally, I have many doubts about these changes:
1) What are the steps I have to follow during SSO installation:
Create the primary node for a new vCenter Single Sign-on install
or
Join an existing vCenter Single Sign-on install
or
Recover installed instance of vCenter SSO

2) Can I install a new SSO server and disable the old one?

3) Can I just recreate vCenter Single Sign-on (install + DB) from scratch? Sorry, but I don't know what consequences there are with start from scratch single sign-on installation.

Does anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance
