Hello Everyone,
Recently we underwent an upgrade to vCloud Director 5.1 and during the process database corruption was experienced that has caused MoRef for the resource pools (in vCenter) to be out-of-sync with the OVDCs (in vCloud Director). Currently we cannot create new vApps/VMs or Power-On VMs in this OVDC because of the MoRef issues...
We opened a ticket with VMware and the recommendation is to create an OVDC and migrate the vApps into the new OVDC... I currently have 147 vApps that would require migration and about 50+ templates within the OVDC catalog. I really don't want to move the objects one-at-a-time via GUI... however the move appears to be pretty complex if you watch the activity in vCenter. I cannot find any cmdlets in PowerCLI that could accomplish this task.
Anyone out there attempted to do this before via PowerCLI script? I'm open to suggestions, ideas, best-wishes, examples, etc.
Thanks!
