Duplicate Incident Reference Numbers

Hi All,


Customers are able to submit the first call successfully though the portal  however if they then decide to raise a second call immediatly they can fill in  the call submission form and submit but it generates the same call number and  therefore the details of the new call are lost.


This was an issue under  v8 and I believe a registry key will resolve this as it is probably due to  caching.


Has anyone experienced this in v9, if so what was the fix?
