Take a snapshot - Error

Hi!

I can´t to take a snapshot in a server. (I marked only option: Quiesce guest file system. (Needs VMware installed).)

Error: Timed out while quiescing the virtual machine.

VCENTER version = 5.0

ESX = 5.0
