VCenter Agent is not instal in ESX host

Hi

I build  a small lab in my laptop

My laptop configuration is below

CPU  - i7 Processor

8 GB RAM

360 HDD

I install Workstation 8 in my laptop, and Create 4 VM (All are in same Domain)

1.      for AD, DNS -                192.168.10.1

2.      for VCenter server 4.x  - 192.168.10.23

3.      for ESX4.x-                    192.168.10.15    

4.      for ESXi5.x                     192.168.10.18

Whenever I open and VC Server and try to add the ESX host to the My VC we are getting attached error, I identified that VC agent is unable to install  in ESX Host while adding the VC in a cluster.

anybody provide  a proper solution for this.
