vDS Port Groups

Hi

We have 5 ESXi 5.0 servers, all configured to use a vDS switch. Each host has 4 uplinks to the vDS and are configured to use IP Hash (Etherchannel).

Our problem is that we have some VMs that are not able to see each other on the same port groups and IP subnets when they are on different hosts, but if we vMotion them so they are on the same host they work fine.

This is only apparent for a few VMs, all other VMs in this cluster appear to be working fine (240+).

Has anyone else seen this issue please?

ESXi 5.0.0 build 914586 with VC 5.0.0 build 455964.
